Refund Policy

We endeavour to deliver everything as per your order confirmation, on occasions we may have to replace products or change delivery times and we will notify you of this in advance. We ask that should you have any questions, concerns of dissatisfaction with regards to your delivery that you contact us immediately before consuming the product and retain any items for us to collect. Our products need to be consumed within 4 hours of us delivering when kept in one of our insulated delivery bags and within 2 hours, whilst on your premises the food should not be exposed to adverse conditions like excessive air conditioning, heating or foreign bodies as these will reduce the quality of the product to the point of it being spoilt, for which we are unable to take responsibility.

Once the product has been consumed we are unable to replace or refund for that product and are only able to offer a discount on a future order. Should you have paid for a product on order and then raise a concern or wish to cancel and gain a refund we will make this as painless as possible and simply ask that you let us know by emailing the date of your order, number of people your order is for, the cash value of the order, the name of your company, your contact name, telephone number and email customer@jaspersonline.co.uk for us to rectify.
