National buffet caterer Jasper’s has opened a new branch in Wolverhampton, delivering hot and cold buffet catering to businesses in Wolverhampton and the surrounding area, including Bloxwich, Wednesfield, Walsall, Wednesbury, Willenhall, Oldbury, Codshall, Pattingham, Albrighton and Aldridge.
Business owner Jessi Birring studied for his degree and MA at the University of Wolverhampton so knows the city very well. After several years working in incident management, he was waiting for the right time to take the plunge into business ownership, and after undertaking detailed research, opted for Jasper’s. Jessi said:
“I’ve known for a long time that I want to work for myself but did love my job, so it was identifying the right time to go for it. I investigated lots of opportunities but was drawn to a franchise as it has the safety net of years of experience and tried and tested systems and processes.
“Jasper’s in particular appealed to me because it is a food business and myself and my wife are real foodies. We’ve travelled a lot and sampled many different cuisines, we enjoy eating out and cook ourselves at home from fresh ingredients so know good and bad food when we see – and taste – it!
“We were so impressed with the range of buffet food that Jasper’s has to offer: more finger foods than any other buffet caterer, hot food as well as cold buffets, Tapas and Bamboo bowl food catering, Picnic catering for away days or meetings outside, even indoor (and outdoor) BBQs.
“We were also impressed and reassured by Jasper’s professionalism: food is made fresh to order from trusted suppliers, presented beautifully, packaged securely and delivered in signed, refrigerated vans by uniformed Jasper’s drivers. Every order is also underpinned by the Jasper’s guarantee where customers get their next order free if not fully satisfied.
“Having studied and enjoyed the social life in Wolverhampton, I’ve got a real fondness for the city and I’m really looking forward to going out there and meeting new customers and delivering great food and service to them.”
