We have introduced substantial changes to the way we work and will continue to do so, so that we make our contributions to improving the environment.

Ethical suppliers

We only work with the very best suppliers who care as much about our products and the environment as we do. Our suppliers have won awards for the work they do and actively collaborate with accredited societies such as the Assured Food Standards (Red Tractor) and the Marine Stewardship Council. Through their great efforts we at Jasper’s can trace every food item back through the supply chain to its original source, so we have full knowledge of its origins.

Online ordering

We have created a dynamic online ordering system which reduces time and waste. All orders are placed and confirmed online and your invoices are automatically sent electronically as portable documents so there's no need to print a single thing.

Planting new trees

Planting trees is an excellent way of helping combat climate change. Trees shade our planet and by absorbing CO2 rid the environment of an excess pollutant, giving us oxygen to breathe! We plant UK native trees for our refer a friend schemes.

We also offer a service where we can plant trees on your behalf or for your business, friends, family and customers if you wish.

Environmentally-friendly packaging

This is a difficult one, as we need to consider food safety and getting your food to you securely in one piece! However the majority of our packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable. We are researching a new type of packaging at the moment, which is fully biodegradable and made from renewable and natural resources. We are already on the case as our cups are made from corn starch and we are looking into new 'Chinet' plates made from recycled paper cups, vegetable starch and bamboo.
